With a multi-stage process for content creation, we leave no stone unturned and make sure you get the most out of
your creative project.
Here's what you can expect:
Discovery.
We sit down with you to discuss what you are trying to achieve and ascertain your business goals. From there, we will delve into a deeper discussion about where we can help and the steps necessary to accomplish this. We never sugarcoat, and if we think there's an easier or more effective route we'll share.

Development.
Here, we create magic! There's nothing for you to do but sit back and wait. We've already agreed on delivery timescales in discovery, so you'll know when to expect us.
Iteration.
In an ideal world, you're happy at round one! However, creation isn't linear, so this step gives us the opportunity to review any changes or tweaks. It's important that the work is exactly what you are looking for, so it's we encourage very honest feedback to help us get the job done!

Delivery.
After we have completed the revisions, everything comes back to you perfectly packaged. KB Creative shares via OneDrive via your own personal client folder, so you can access these whenever you like.
Management.
If you have selected a one of our Continual Care packages, at this stage we will manage the execution of our agreed plan, providing you with final stage approval.
