Hello...

I'm Bec, the founder of KB Creative, and I'd love to share some of my story with you.

I'm an English girl who moved to Australia in 2014, and my entire career has been in the recruitment industry. Over the last fifteen years I have worked in agency, RPO, MSP, and Rec2Rec.

Most recently, I've dedicated the last seven years to leading the marketing functions of Australian recruitment agencies, and establishing KB Creative in early 2023.

I didn't get into marketing and creative through chance, this is a labour of love spanning multiple decades. It has led to a very unique blend of experience as ex-recruiter turned recruitment marketer... apparently we're not very common!

When it comes to partnering with clients, I am emotionally invested in making an impact. In my eyes your project is an extension of me, and the happiness I see when I nail the brief is true soul food!

Recruitment is an amazing industry, and yes, I miss it sometimes (definitely the comms! 😅) but the people are always going to be my favourite part of this industry, and I still get to work with you every day at KB Creative.
